Hotel Director — 2 Full Seasons (2023–2024)

A 60-unit eco-resort nestled in Corfu's Ropa Valley, operated for the German tour operator ReNatour. The Honigtal ("Honey Valley") is a sustainable family destination surrounded by olive groves, with its own organic garden and beekeeping program.

I managed the complete operational mandate — building the seasonal team from scratch each spring, coordinating all departments, and closing down the property each autumn. Two consecutive seasons of smooth operations, high guest satisfaction, and cost-efficient management.

A boutique wellness resort on Corfu's northwest coast, operated by Inside Travel. Hotel Mythos combines accommodation with an extensive yoga, meditation, and workshop program — attracting guests seeking transformative wellness experiences in a Mediterranean setting.

I lead the complete operational mandate: from pre-season preparation through peak operations to end-of-season closing. The role encompasses traditional hotel management plus the unique challenge of coordinating a rotating roster of international wellness instructors and seminar leaders.
