Hotel Director — 2 Seasons
A 60-unit eco-resort in Corfu's Ropa Valley, operated for the German tour operator ReNatour. Managed end-to-end seasonal operations: team of 25+, F&B, guest relations, activity programming, and supplier management. Built the operation from scratch each spring and closed it down each autumn.
Operations Director — Current
A boutique hotel on Corfu's coast. Leading the complete operational mandate: pre-opening, staffing, daily management, guest experience, cost control, and strategic positioning for the property's growth phase.
